As you may know, Soup Joumou has approved as UNESCO World Heritage, it’s a very important celebration in Haiti, as it marks the country’s Independence Day. This soup is made with traditional Haitian ingredients such as squash, sweet potatoes, and beef, and is served with great pride and joy.
Every year, we organize a celebration to mark this special occasion, our 1st edition was a success, thanks to donations from sponsors like you. Thanks to their generous donations, we were able to serve over 2000 people in 10 cities in Haiti. The distribution was held in the hospitals, prisons, shelters, and in front of churches. As parishioners came out of the annual Haiti independence mass, they enjoyed the hot soup. And we would be honored if you could sponsor this event for January 1st 2023. Your financial contribution will help us cover the costs of food and event organization.

Your sponsorship will also help support our works as Foundation for Emancipation of Women and Girls, which is dedicated to promoting the rights and empowerment of women and girls in Haiti.
